JUNE 2007 - ARC INFORMATIQUE launches PCVUE Solutions
    ARC Informatique launches a suite of products called PcVue Solutions. PcVue Solutions is a suite of software and hardware products for visualisation, control, management and data analysis applications.

    Elements of this suite are already implemented in the following markets:

    At the core of this suite of products is ARC Informatique’s PcVue 8.10 SCADA package. In addition, PcVue Solutions includes Dream Report for advanced reporting and data analysis and IntraVue software tools for managing industrial IP networks and devices.

    The launch of PcVue Solutions continues the development of ARC Informatique’s corporate strategy. This strategy will form the main brand offering, with further products and functionality being included in the future. PcVue Solutions creates a secure environment that assures users of continuity for control and process management.

MAY 2007 - New Pcvue version 810
    We are proud to announce the release of the latest version of our flagship SCADA product PCVUE version 8.10.

    The major functionality in PcVue 8.10 is our Historical Data Server (HDS) based on a Microsoft SQL Server 2005 database. This offers the user an industry standard database format for data and alarm logging. Compatibility with other applications such as MES and ERP combined with ARC Informatique’s redundancy capabilities give end users access to key data with maximum application availability.

    Today’s business world relies on email for communications. PcVue 8.10 has integrated email for users to receive data by email directly from the system.

    Web Services was introduced in the previous version of PcVue to integrate diverse applications. It has been further enhanced into a standard toolkit containing two basic Web Portals. Using this latest technology, users can rapidly create their application. The end user can now integrate all relevant elements for creating one cohesive application that is easy to use.

    ARC Informatique has enhanced its Smart Generator – the automatic tag generator for PcVue. Smart Generator reduces configuration time and errors by importing the tag database directly from the PLC. Communication to Schneider Unity, Wago Codesys and a generic XML interface is already supported and work is underway on interfaces to other platforms.

    Several new communication protocols have been added:
Siemens S7 ISO and PPI protocol, ABB SPA-bus serial, Unitelway, Hilscher Netlink MPI Slave with new updated protocols for Wago-Dali, MODBUS IP, SAIA IP and serial.

    Coupled with the major new features, further enhancements include the ability to display multiple mimics as tabs in a single window, text import and increased communication facilities. These bring benefits for today’s demanding users such as CERN, Airbus Industry and Schneider Electric. ARC Informatique’s corporate strategy continues to develop with the release of PcVue 8.10 - the core of the PcVue Solutions suite. This latest version fulfils an important part of this strategy along with the integration of the Historical Data Server, Dream Report and IntraVue. With PcVue’s redundant server configuration, users can maintain continuity for control and process management.

OCTOBER 2006 - Shanghai Interkama / FAA 2006
ARC Informatique was for the second consecutive year present at the Interkama Exhibition which was held from November 1st to 5th. Its Shanghai representative Office was one among more than 400 exhibitors from 17 countries and regions to display its latest innovation and localized product.
As the most influential international exhibition for production automation in China, Factory Automation ASIA together with Interkama ASIA (international exhibition for process automation) perfectly combined the production and process automation resources and environment that allowed PcVue China Representative Office to present the new chinese version of Pcvue and the new innovative functionalities. Interkama website...


JULY 2006 - PcVue recognised in the "Mesures" Technological Prizewinners list
In its 11th annual Technological Prizelist, the European journal "Mesures" (Measurements) awarded PcVue the first prize in the Industrial Data Processing category, based on the product's recent advances :
- Integration of 3D capabilities to improve the presentation of supervised processes
- Support of the new .Net technologies and provision via Web Services of information for business applications, portals and mobile solutions
- Reduction of development and maintenance times for applications thanks to the new Smart Generator that can generate PcVue's database directly from PLC programming packages.
