  • BACnet® client driver - To access data from your BACnet devices over BACnet/IP and MS/TP networks. Status and diagnostic information are also available for BACnet communication objects, as well as a direct control for starting and stopping data exchanges. This can be of great help during testing and commissioning phases.

X

The Supervisor now takes advantage of LNS-TE lost node detection, widely improving the system responsiveness in case of massive disconnections or power supply issues on the network side - in particular in case of Lonworks® router loss.
LNS® package versions lesser than 3.2 are not supported any more.
X X
The SAIA® protocol now supports PLC timestamping. X X
OPC client - The Supervisor passed validation for communication with Sofrel devices, taking advantage of the new Sofrel OPC server. The full range of devices is now supported on all communication media.

OPC Server

The OPC-Security specification has been implemented along with other means to restrict unexpected third-party access via the OPC server, thus reducing the attack surface of the Supervisor:
  • The OPC server can be disabled, forbidding any OPC client connection,
  • The OPC server can be configured to require the use of the OPC-Security authentication interfaces when an OPC client tries to connect to the Supervisor,
  • Security can be turned-off in order to accept connections from OPC clients not supporting the standard authentication process.

X

X

More item properties are available for OPC clients. In addition to the minimum and maximum values, and the control level, the following are now available: Binary and text extended attributes, domain, nature, minimum and maximum values for control, threshold values and the simulation flag.
The extended attributes, threshold values and the simulation flag can be read and set by OPC clients; the other properties are read-only.
  X
In addition to these developments, it is now possible to rule and limit the visibility of data in the address space when the Supervisor is browsed. Access rights can be enforced for browsing and commands.
Where the OPC client supports the standard OPC identification interfaces, all connections, disconnections and write operations can  be logged in historical data as user actions, along with the name of the OPC client as user name.
X X

WebVue

End-user

Designer

New features of the log and alarm viewers are mostly available via WebVue:
  • Sort,
  • User selection scripting.

X

X

Configuration environment

End-user

Designer
